A personal tech project combining a love of running and AI. The training plan follows Jack Daniels' VDOT system (conservative VDOT 41), with paces and weekly plans generated from actual Garmin data — not theoretical targets. Clothing recommendations come from 117 logged winter runs across two Toronto seasons. Shared with friends at Meadowvale Parkrun.
